PORTMAHOMACK is a small picturesque fishing village which lies of the peninsula between the Moray Firth and the
Dornoch Firth, and is envied for its mild climate and lovely, safe, sandy beach which is ideal for families to
swim, sunbathe or leisurely beachcombe.
There are coastal walks with an abundance of wildlife, including the
much-loved Moray Firth Dolphins, seals, porpoises and many various species of seabirds. We also have a very
well equipped shop/post office, two hotels, and a superb 9 hole golf course, which also has a small café for
a nice 'cuppa 'n' bacon buttie' after your game!
